    These programs are 4 weeks long with 4 workouts per week. Each movement has a video to show you how to perform and detailed descriptions.

    You can self modify if you need to dial it back or have different equipment. The videos show modifications and the description for each movement will give you more detail.

    Any user who purchases these programs will have access to a private Facebook page to ask questions, and or share their experience with the programs. After you complete the program you can print out a Certificate to prove it!

    Program 1 Versus Program 2

    Program 2 plays off of Program 1 very well, but has more modalities required outside of weights.

    Become a next-level athlete with this well-rounded program that will make you stronger, more mobile, more powerful, and overall badass mover. You will need access to gym equipment & weights.

  • This package is for Nutritional Guidance & access to 4 Week Program. This is perfect for those who feel good about their personal fitness, but lack the knowledge of nutrition and movement capabilities to help them achieve their fitness goals. Remember it is 80% nutrition, and 20% fitness.

    - One 30min Facetime consultation & Fitness assessment

    - Food Journal Analysis

    - Macronutrient breakdown and explanation for your body type & goals

    - Find out your individual "Fat Burn" zone to help elevate your workout sessions

    - 4 Weeks of Food Review & Feedback to help you make the correct swap outs and trades to achieve your fitness goals.
